GALAX-PLUNGERS, Swiss company founded in 2013, located at Rossens, (Canton Fribourg), Switzerland.
Application on the Compact Ring Plungers allowed GALAX-PLUNGERS to get involved in the high pressure die casting industry.
The main activities of GALAX-PLUNGERS consist of the engineering and application of the injection technology for aluminium or magnesium in the high pressure die casting industry.
This allowed GALX-PLUNGERS to develop the RING-PLUNGER-SYSTEM, greatly improving injection technology resulting in a higher consistency within the injection process.The system is experiencing growing interest and will henceforth be marketed worldwide under license.
Today after many years of experience in die castings and in development, GALAX-PLUNGERS is in a situation to offer a global solution of the injection tooling for the high pressure die casting including shot sleeve, lubrication and its own developed compact Ring Plunger system with ring also for high vacuum, propose a solution for each application.
